This document is the terms and conditions for using the ulevi.ge website.
This document is a mutually binding contract, which is signed between the customer and "Alagnu" LLC, identification code 205266790, registered address: Georgia, st. Tbilisi, Anna Politkovskaya 3, building 28, apartment 49.
"Alagnu" LLC will be referred to as "ulevi.ge" in these Terms and Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy and all other guides and instructions.
The terms and conditions of using the ulevi.ge website, together with the amendments made to it and other regulations of ulevi.ge, represent a single document and should be considered as a single contract signed with the user.
By registering on the website or placing an order, the user accepts and acknowledges these terms and conditions, privacy policy, return and exchange rules, and agrees to be bound by them.
If the user does not agree with the content of the legal documents of ulevi.ge, he can not use the website, however, at the same time, ulevi.ge asks the user to send comments to the e-mail info@ulevi.ge

The terms used in these terms and conditions shall have the following meanings:
ulevi.ge (hereinafter "we", "our", "website") - LLC "Alagnu" established in accordance with the legislation of Georgia, identification code 205266790, registered: St. Tbilisi, Anna Politkovskaya 3, building 28, apartment 49.
User - a legal entity or an individual who has reached the age of 18 (with legal capacity) who wants to purchase products posted on ulevi.ge.
User's consent - expressed consent to read this document by the user and process his/her personal data.
Third party - any natural or legal person, public institution.
Direct marketing - offering goods and services through mail, phone calls, e-mail or any other means of telecommunication.
Registration - creating a personal account.
Account - personal page registered by the user on ulevi.ge.
"Onway" LLC - a courier company that delivers products purchased on ulevi.ge to customers.
Each order made by the user constitutes a separate purchase agreement, the parties of which are the authorized user of the website and "Alagnu" LLC. When placing an order, the subject of purchase, its cost and place of delivery are generated.
Registration
To purchase products on ulevi.ge, you need to register on the website or provide the information listed below:

If desired, the customer can register on the website during the purchase of the product and also before the purchase.
Before purchase, registration/authorization takes place after the user selects "login" from the main menu of the website.
Login/authorization is possible in the following ways:

The user confirms and warrants that:

He is a person of legal capacity who has reached the age of 18;
will not use the identifying information of another person for the purpose of registration on the ulevi.ge website;
will not use a name that may be humiliating and offensive to any other person;

will not use the website to impersonate another company, company employee or any other person;
will not violate the rights of another person by illegal and harmful actions;

will protect copyright and related rights, will not carry out unauthorized use, processing and publication of information available on ulevi.ge: logo, pictogram, image, graphic, image, patent, trademark, design and any other kind of intellectual property, ulevi.ge without prior written consent;
will not use another user's account;
will not attempt to gain access to another user's authentication information;
will not carry out such an action that will endanger the proper functioning of ulevi.ge;
will not carry out an action that is prohibited by the current legislation, this agreement and the privacy policy of ulevi.ge.
Placement of order and purchase of products by the customer
After the user has selected the product and placed it in the virtual cart, in the case of a new user, it will be necessary to indicate the following information: e-mail, name, mobile number and address where he wants to receive the purchase.
In order to pay for ulevi.ge products, you will be redirected to the payment page. Before making the payment, the user is obliged to verify the address and contact information specified by him, in order to ensure smooth delivery of the purchased products. In case of incorrect/incomplete address and/or contact information, the customer is responsible for delay in product delivery.
The user will be able to check the information about the purchased product on his personal page.
ulevi.ge reserves the right to refuse or cancel a customer's order in case of suspected fraud, unauthorized or illegal transaction.
After payment of the product fee by the user, the right of ownership of the purchased item is fully transferred to the user.
The customer can see the rules for exchange and return of the purchased products on the return conditions page .
Terms and conditions of delivery of purchased products
The user declares his consent that the delivery of the products purchased by him will be carried out by "Onway" LLC (identification code: 402059419, registered: Georgia, Tbilisi, Didube-Chugureti district, Crimea St., N 7).
The parties to the supply contract are the customer and "Onway" LLC.
In order to provide courier services, ulevi.ge will provide "Onway" with confidential information of a personal nature known to it, namely, the user's name, surname, address and phone number.
ulevi.ge delivers the products purchased by the user to the courier company "Onway" LLC, which transports the products to the specified address. ulevi.ge's responsibility ends when the products are handed over to the courier company. The risk of product loss and damage is fully transferred to the courier service company.

receiving service
Customers can receive the purchased products on working days.
Products purchased by the user from the ulevi.ge website before 4:00 p.m. will be delivered in Tbilisi in 2 working days, and products purchased after 4:00 p.m. will be delivered in 3 working days.
In large and small regions, products purchased from the ulevi.ge website are delivered in 3 - 5 working days, and in the case of mountainous regions, in 7 - 10 working days.
Courier service throughout Georgia is free for orders of 74 GEL and above.
settlement rule
Settlement is carried out through cash and non-cash settlement.
The order fee can be paid online by credit or debit card, when placing the order, the user will be redirected from the website to the payment page, where he indicates his card data. The settlement request is processed and confirmed by the bank.
Payment for the order can also be made upon delivery, by cash or card
ulevi.ge does not have access to both the payment page and the bank card data specified by the user.
After completing the payment, the user will receive a confirmation of the successful completion of the order to the e-mail specified by him.
Closing a personal account and restricting use
If ulevi.ge believes that the user has violated these terms and conditions or the user has registered with false information, it is authorized to close access and limit the use of the personal account unilaterally based on a message sent to e-mail. The user should contact the ulevi.ge team in case of receiving a similar message.
Limitation of Liability
ulevi.ge ensures the development of appropriate defense mechanisms to the best of its ability, however, it is not responsible for unauthorized access to data protected on the platform, damage caused by third parties, services offered by them to users.
By registering on the website, the user confirms that he is a capable person who has reached the age of 18 and uses the website at his own free will and risk.
ulevi.ge is not responsible that the website or services will be permanently available to the user and does not guarantee that the website will not have software bugs, viruses and/or any other errors.
ulevi.ge takes full responsibility for the damage caused by negligence, as well as for those cases when the information necessary for user authorization became known to a third party.
ulevi.ge excludes both itself and all its employees from any liability in case of culpable violation by the user of this document and applicable legislation.
ulevi.ge is limited to the amount of the value of the disputed product in case of determination of its liability by the court.
The company disclaims full responsibility for any kind of damage and/or interruption that may be caused by the participation of third parties - internet providers, mobile companies and other interrupted work.
Restrictions on the use of the website
Information on the website may be changed or removed without prior notice. ulevi.ge will not provide the user with the kind of service that it believes is against the applicable legislation.
The user is prohibited from using the website for illegal purposes, including unauthorized access to ulevi.ge's systems, improper use of information on the website or any other action that may directly or indirectly harm ulevi.ge's legally protected interests.

During registration on the website, the user agrees to subscribe to advertising, promotional materials, services, products and services of interest to the user. In case of consent, the user will receive website news, various offers and information through e-mail or short text message.

The user will be responsible for the material and non-material damage caused to ulevi.ge, the damage may include the costs incurred by ulevi.ge to eliminate this damage, including legal fees and court costs.
By purchasing products on the website, no copyright is transferred to the user.
ulevi.ge respects the copyrights of others and encourages users to protect the copyrights of ulevi.ge.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution Procedure
These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Georgia
The parties agree that in the event of a dispute, they will try to resolve the disagreement through negotiation. In case of the impossibility of successful completion of the negotiations, the parties have the right to apply to the Tbilisi City Court.
The invalidity of any part of these Terms and Conditions shall not affect the invalidity of any other part.
Changes and additions
ulevi.ge reserves the right to make changes and/or additions to this document at any time, unilaterally, by publishing it on the same website, without further additional consent of the user. After making changes/additions, ulevi.ge considers the user's continued use of the website as the user's consent.
