Terms of delivery

Product delivery is carried out by ulevi.ge only if the purchase was made from the website of ulevi.ge and the customer chose the delivery service.

ulevi.ge is obliged to deliver the product to the address specified when placing the order. The product can be delivered to any person who will be at the specified address. In order to hand over the product, the recipient of the product is obliged to present the unique order code and identity document to the authorized person of ulevi.ge.


Delivery of the product to the address is carried out on the basis of the unique code of the order. The user is obliged to protect the security of the unique code of the order. ulevi.ge is not responsible for any consequences of using the unique order code by an unauthorized person.


In case of delivery of the product, the authorized person of ulevi.ge will present you the act of acceptance, which must be confirmed by the signature of the recipient. Before signing the act of acceptance, the receiver is obliged to visually inspect the product. From the moment of signing the act of acceptance, the product is considered delivered and no customer claims are accepted.


If the product is not handed over directly by the user, the user is obliged to explain to the receiver that providing the unique order code and identity document to the authorized representative of ulevi.ge, as well as signing the acceptance-handover act, is a necessary condition for receiving the product.

Customers can receive the purchased products on working days.

Products purchased by the user from the ulevi.ge website before 4:00 p.m. will be delivered in Tbilisi in 2 working days, and products purchased after 4:00 p.m. will be delivered in 1 - 3 working days.

In large and small regions, products purchased from the ulevi.ge website are delivered in 2 - 5 working days, and in the case of mountainous regions, in 3 - 10 working days.

Courier service throughout Georgia is free for orders of 74 GEL and above.


If the address specified by the customer is incorrect and/or it is not possible to contact the customer, the purchased item will be returned to the warehouse and the corresponding delivery fee will be added to deliver it again to the desired address.

Return conditions

The satisfaction of each customer is important to ulevi.ge. Therefore, we spare no effort to ensure that the offered products are of high quality and satisfy your wishes. In cases where the delivered product is damaged or does not conform to the data specified on the website, we offer product replacement or refund in accordance with the conditions below.

The return conditions are an integral part of the terms and conditions of use of the website. By agreeing to the terms and conditions of using the website, you also agree to these return terms.

In what case can I return the product?

Taking into account the product return policy of ulevi.ge, you have the opportunity to return the purchased product if:

ulevi.ge did not fulfill its promises:

the product does not correspond to the order or the technical specifications posted on the website;

the product is damaged;

the agreed delivery time was violated by ulevi.ge;

The product has a factory defect.

How many days can I return the item?

How do I submit a request for a product return/exchange?

After receiving the order, you should send us an e-mail. Email: info@ulevi.ge with your order number and reason for return or exchange

What procedure should I follow for reimbursement?

If you have chosen payment on delivery, cash or non-cash payment, check the order when the courier arrives and if the ordered product is damaged or does not correspond to the characteristics on the website, take it back to the warehouse without payment, in this case your order will be automatically canceled.

In case of online payment: within 7 days of receiving the order, you must write to us at the e-mail address: info@ulevi.ge with "Return" and the order number as the subject of the letter, and the reason for the return or exchange in the letter.

If you wish to return the product, the product must be accompanied by all accompanying parts and documents, if any, provided at the time of purchase. Warranty sheet, technical passport, other documents accompanying the item, undamaged box of the item, accessories and others. ulevi.ge will cover the cost of return

How many days will it take to return the product?

You must write to us about the return of the products within 7 days of receiving the order.

Products must be received for inspection at the warehouse within 14 days of order receipt.

ulevi.ge representatives will contact you within 24-48 hours after receiving the application regarding the return procedure.

How will the refund be made?

ulevi.ge after receiving the item back, 24-48 hours During this time, you will be notified of the decision regarding the refund/return status of the product via email.

In case of a positive decision, the refund will be made within 5 working days after receiving the notification.

In case of a negative decision, the item will be returned to you and the delivery service cost will be reimbursed by the receiving customer.

How will the returned product be refunded?

A refund is possible only for an order made by non-cash payment, the amount will be returned to the customer by crediting it to the credit card account with which the item was purchased. The procedure for reimbursement of the cost of transportation services:

ulevi.ge will reimburse the cost of the transportation service to the ulevi.ge warehouse when the product is returned by the user.
